The Ministry of information
and communications announced its intention to support digital startups within
the Astana HUB start-up ecosystem. For this purpose, the digital economy will
be able to use the results of adapting the legislation, tax and financial
preferences as well as solid protection of intellectual property.
● Preventative control to substitute administrative
liability
As per the draft bill submitted to the Parliament by
the Ministry of national economy, it is proposed to apply to the new institute
of preventative control of business which is aimed to detect the reasons and
conditions of illegal behavior with further explanations of negative consequences
of violations and demand to correct the breach without starting administrative proceedings.

Astana International Financial Center, Swiss group
Seedstars Investor Club and other international partners launched the program
for best 10 startup teams around the world. The program is goaled at the support
of business beginners in the sphere of financial technologies. The participants
have an opportunity to receive investments up to USD 350,000.
