Madina received a bachelor degree in law from the Kazakh State Law Academy in 2000. In the period from 2009 to 2013 she received her Master's degree in Law and PhD from the Kazakh State University (Almaty). Within the framework of business education, Madina passed MBA program at the University of International Business (UIB, Almaty) and took courses  at the Executive Education programs of Harvard Business School (2017).
