Adjudication Board (DAB) in case about extension of time for completion and
compensation recovery.
Under FIDIC conditions, DAB procedure is a pre-arbitrage instance, decision of which shall become obligatory for the parties unless at least one of the parties in specified period gives a notice of its dissatisfaction.
